Demineralization Plant is basically used to reduce TDS up to required level. Resins are used for removal of organic as well as inorganic contamination present in the water source to achieve the industrial water norms. The resins used are in the form of H+ and OH-. Normally DM plants are used for boiler water, cooling towers, pre treatment plants for paint shop etc. These plants are designed based on the raw water parameters and the expected treated water parameters.

• Mixed Bed (MB)-Removes balance ions
• Degasser (DGT)-CO2 Removal
• Base Exchangers (Softeners)-Ca and Mg removal
